The yield from long-term rental property in Spain is about 7.5%, net income after taxes and service charges - about 4-5%. So I think it is quite profitable. Foreigners in Spain can buy apartments or apartments on the primary and secondary market, villas with land, commercial real estate, individual plots of land. I too at one time Property for sale in Spain on https://wtgspain.com/with-sea-views because it is a very convenient site to find property in Spain.

The property owner has the right to apply for a multiple Schengen visa, which can stay in Spain for up to 90 days within six months.

If you plan to live there permanently, then buying real estate will be a justified investment.
