Mortgage services for financial companies
I took out a mortgage with a financial institution. I made regular payments for a few months and then they transferred my loan without my knowledge to ShellPoint. When I asked why this was done, they said the contract does not prohibit it. I think this is not good, what is your advice?

This practice is common in some financial institutions. They consist of several financial structures and have equal rights between them, regardless of who issued the loan. It's spelled out in the contract somewhere in the fine print. The main thing is that now you don't have any new fees added
