high ISO

Hello everyone. I recently figured out what ISO is and what high ISO values are. Now I am interested in one question. I'm counting on your help. Can you please tell me when I should use high ISO?

You already know that ISO settings adjust your camera's sensitivity to light. When you use high ISO settings, you tell the camera to become more receptive to light. This often happens when photographing in low light conditions to maintain the correct exposure. When you want to photograph stars, many different techniques come into play, but one of the most important things to keep in mind is increasing the ISO value. I encourage you to read more about ISO settings on this web page https://skylum.com/blog/high-iso-vs-low-iso.
