Abstract

Observations from experiments and post-earthquake surveys have shown that drift is the key parameter for identifying potential damage of a structure during ground motions. These observations suggest that drift should govern seismic design and evaluation of structures. For drift-based design and evaluation, reliable methods to estimate drift demands are needed. This dataset contains a collection of measured data as well as numerical models (created in OpenSees) from structures that were subjected to earthquake simulations.
